A woman was subjected to severe domestic violence and had her head shaved by her husband during a domestic dispute in the Jalalpur Jattan area of Gujrat. Upon taking notice of the inhuman incident, District Police Officer (DPO) Akhtar Farooq Butt immediately ordered the formation of a specialized investigation team to look into the matter. Following prompt police intervention, the primary accused husband, identified as Siraj Qamar, was arrested along with his mother, Sughra Bibi, and an accomplice named Zain Islam.
