Anne Hathaway has shared heartfelt praise for her co-star Tom Holland, saying she hopes her children grow up to be just like the British actor.

During an interview with CTV’s e-talk, the 43-year-old actress, who is expecting her third child with husband Adam Shulman, reflected on working alongside Holland in The Odyssey.

When asked how she brought her real-life motherhood experience to her role as Penelope—the mother of Holland’s Telemachus—in the upcoming film directed by Christopher Nolan, Hathaway responded with heartfelt admiration.

“As a mom in real life, I very much hope all of my children grow up to be as wonderful as my onscreen child.”

Her comment left Holland laughing as she added:

“Tom is like a dream son. And that, honestly, is kind of the key to it.”

Hathaway praised not only Holland but also the entire cast and screenplay, describing the experience as both inspiring and rewarding.

“I don’t think any of us wanted to let Chris down. We just tried to be an actor that was worthy of being in a Chris Nolan movie.”
