RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Tawakkalna app has expanded its digital offerings by introducing 40 new services during July 2026, developed in collaboration with 24 government entities, as part of the Kingdom’s ongoing digital transformation strategy.
The latest update aims to make it easier for citizens, residents, and visitors to access a wider range of government services through a single national digital platform, further strengthening Saudi Arabia’s vision of delivering seamless and efficient public services.
The newly integrated services have been developed in partnership with several key government organizations, including the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Media, Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Saudi Tourism Authority, the General Authority for Real Estate, the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO), and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST). A number of universities and other government institutions also contributed to the expansion.
The latest additions build upon Tawakkalna’s rapid growth in recent months. In June 2026, the application integrated 160 digital services through partnerships with 40 government, private-sector, and non-profit organizations, significantly expanding the platform’s capabilities.
Those services covered a broad range of sectors, including education, healthcare, municipalities and housing, justice, environment, transportation, economy, labor, social security, and tourism, enabling users to complete numerous government-related tasks through a single application.
Saudi authorities say the continuous expansion of Tawakkalna reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to improving the digital experience for users by providing a comprehensive platform that brings together services from government agencies, private companies, and non-profit organizations.
Officials believe the unified platform helps reduce paperwork, minimizes the need for in-person visits to government offices, saves time and effort for users, and improves the overall quality of public services.
The expansion is also aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to accelerate digital transformation, modernize government services, and enhance the quality of life through innovative technology solutions.
With hundreds of digital services now available, Tawakkalna has evolved from its original role as a health-related application into one of Saudi Arabia’s most comprehensive digital government platforms, offering users convenient access to a growing number of essential public and private services.
